Key collection for late arrivals

For late arrivals or arrivals outside our regular check-in hours, we are happy to provide your room key via the keyBoy key handover system upon request. Please inform us in advance by email or give us a call.

Step 1: Access code
Upon request, you will receive a 4-digit access code from us by email or phone, which you can use to collect your room key via the keyBoy system.

Step 2: Night entrance
Our night entrance is located underneath the parking deck. There you will also find the keyBoy key dispenser where your room key is stored.

Step 3: Enter the access code
Enter your 4-digit access code using the keypad on the keyBoy.

Step 4: Key collection
If the code is entered correctly, you will hear the key drop into the output compartment. You can then retrieve your room key through the output flap.

Step 5: Enter via the night entrance
Using your room key, you can access the building. The door to the night entrance is located to the right of the keyBoy key dispenser.

Step 6: Take the elevator to your room
The elevator to the guest rooms is located on the right-hand side. Inside, you will find a guidance system indicating the floor and building section where your room is located.
